The tool on the provided website from previous post only downloads Build which does not work on my system! Have no access to internet, wireless adapter and ethernet adapter will not connect to any internet connections! So ill have to avoid windows update at that point or find a way to get the update to not come back up! I have limited internet so i cant just download a bunch of stuff to see if it will work or what version it actually is The windows media creator tool does not say what version its downloading just comes up as Windows!
